     11.If progress on or completion of the works specified in this quotation is delayed for any reason beyond the control of South East Scaffolding Ltd., a fair and reasonable extention of time for executing or completing the works shall be granted to South East Scaffolding Ltd.. It shall be a condition precedent to the consideration of any claim for delay by the Hirers and to the liability of South East Scaffolding Ltd. for delay that written details of any delay are sent to South East Scaffolding Ltd. within seven days of the delay occuring.
