Point Holding

Point Holding, developed by Karen Peterson and John Walsh, is a particular form of Acupressure that balances the body’s energy by applying pressure to specific acupoints to remove blockage and stimulate energy flow within the meridians (energy pathways). What distinguishes Point Holding from other form of acupressure is that requires multiple practitioners to hold acupressure points up to two hours.
