Chi Nei Tsang

Chi Nei Tsang is a wholistic approach to massage therapy treating the person as a whole, integrating physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. It goes to the very origin of health problems, including psychosomatic responses.

CNT practitioners work mainly on the abdomen with deep, soft and gentle touch, to train internal organs to work more efficiently. All of the main vital body systems are addressed: digestion, respiration, lymph, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, integumentary, muscular and also acupuncture meridian system. CNT promotes the absorption of nutrients and stimulates elimination. It stimulates the immune system, provides deep detoxification of the body and helps overcome addictions.

Chi Nei Tsang was generated some immemorial times ago in the mountain ranges of Taoist China, It was used by monks in monasteries to help detoxify, strengthen and refine their bodies in order to carry the high energy required to perform the highest levels of spiritual practices.

Chiropractic

Chiropractic is an healing method based on the principle that the body's well-being is dependent on the nerve supply to the rest of the body. A chiropractor uses gentle manipulation to treat disorders of the joints and muscles and their effect on the nervous sistem.

Most of the chiropractic techniques, developed 100 years ago by Daniel David Palmer, are still used today to treat pain of vertebral origin, visceral dysfunction and also stress related psychosomatic disorders.

Mc Timoney chiropractic is a gentle, effective whole-body manipulative method. It aims to correct spine and joint alignment, restore nerve function and alleviate pain.

Esogetic Colorpuncture™

Colorpuncture, created by German acupunturist and naturopath Peter Mandel, involves focusing colored light on acupuncture (and other) points on the skin in order to energize powerful healing impulses in our physical and energy bodies.
In a Colorpuncture treatment, frequencies of colored light are focused on the skin using a hand-held acu-light tool with specially designed, interchangeable glass rods which emit different colors of light through a focused tip. As the light is absorbed by the skin and transmitted along energetic pathways or meridians deep into the body, it stimulates intra-cellular communication which supports healing.
It is designed to address the non-physical origins of illness as well as its physical symptoms. Colorpuncture therapy uses precisely targeted light treatments to gently unlock and release emotional trauma and blocked soul information which often underlie our illnesses.

Core Energetics

Core Energetics is a process for life and healing based on a powerful evolutionary therapeutic approach that seeks the integration of all aspects of our humanity-the emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual. This process is built on the foundation of the work of Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, and Wilhelm Reich, as well as the foundations of human development and object relations theories. As part of this gestalt, the Core Energetic approach also incorporates the spiritual aspect of being reflected in the Pathwork transmissions of Eva Pierrakos.

Core Energetics is based on a deep understanding of the ways in which energy and consciousness work together in the transformative process of healing. The vision of the work is to invite a deeper experience and identification with one's core energy and feelings, releasing the individual to create his or her life from this personal yet universal center. This is achieved gradually by bringing consciousness, movement and, ultimately, transformation to the core's overlaying defensive structures. The result is the release of a vast amount of energy, creating vitality, greater life fulfillment, joy and pleasure.

Founded more than 20 years ago by John C. Pierrakos, M.D., the International Institute of Core Energetics is a world-wide organization with its international headquarters in New York City. The Institute's training program is offered to mental health professionals, psychotherapy trainees, somatics practitioners, and those in the healing arts who wish to enhance the depth of their professional practice as well as their own personal evolution.

The Institute offers a broad spectrum of professional training programs, seminars, workshops, and lectures in many locations worldwide , including New York, California, Georgia, Illinois, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Australia..

Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial Osteopathy is the very gentle branch of Osteopathy. It was developed in the early 1900’s by the American osteopath William G. Sutherland. He believed that in order for the brain and central nervous system to function properly, the bones of the skull must move slightly and that sutures of the skull (joints of the bones of the head) where designed to allow motion. Restriction of this motion, as he experimented on himself using a helmet-like device that prevented his head from changing circumference, may produce pain and may affect the overall health.

Cranial Osteopathy uses light touch and pressure to the bones of the head and spinal column to release tension in hypertonic connective tissues which can block the natural motion beetween bones.

Craniosacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a form of Cranial Osteopathy developed by John Upledger. It is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system — the physiological body system comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This method uses a very gentle palpation to test for restrictions in various parts of the craniosacral system and subtle manipulations to rebalance its rythm (8 -12 pulses/min ) thereby encouraging the body to heal itself.
