Sciath na Scol winners 2002.

The range in physical education activities, competitive and non-competitive games in our, school has broadened immensely in the last quarter of a century. Both boys and girls are catered for and coached in the skills of Gaelic Games by teachers, club personnel, parents and professional coaches. Sciath na Scol trophies have been won in all codes.

Tag rugby:
Last June we were outright winners in the Tag rugby Competition organised by Youghal Rugby Club.
Soccer:
Our Soccer team were placed second in the All-Ireland Final of their section on Primary schools soccer in 1999.
Athletics:
The standards achieved at Cork Primary Schools sports over the last twenty five years has soared - numerous County Medals have been won and some of these athletes have proceeded to compel at international level.

School cooperates with the parents Association in promoting swimming lessons and the school grounds include facilities for tennis and basketball.
