'Stone Response'
The first oil painting I ever exhibited. I got it framed up all nice and proper, unlike the one I sold at Beara Arts 2000! Alas 'Stone Response' was considered too avant gard by the official hanger for the Beara Arts Show of 1992 and it was placed in a hairdresser's window and not in the official show. Nowadays it hangs in my living room waiting for a collector with the same sense of humour as myself, but maybe I won't sell seeing as the history it has. |
