Suggested uses of pack :

Psoriases, Eczema, Dermatitis,
aged skin or other dry skin conditions

Suggested dosage for capsules:
2 capsules 3 times a day for three weeks, take a break for a week, resume if necessary.

Wash hair and body with Neem shampoo or use Natural soap on body.

Apply Neem Oil lotion after showers/baths.

Apply the lotion several times throughout the day especially first thing in the morning and before bed at night.

Drink plenty of water as this hydrates the skin. Avoid chemicals in household cleaners, cosmetics, personal toiletries, food and in the garden. You might also consider reducing your consumption of Wheat and Soy and dairy produce

Wear cotton gloves under garden or household gloves and if possible wear plastic or PVC gloves, once you are not allergic to PVC, rather than latex or rubber gloves.

First take all bed linen and covers and either wash and dry them on a high heat or have them dry cleaned.

Place all clothing worn since the infestation which have not been washed and wash and dry them on as high a heat as possible or have them dry cleaned.

Items which cannot be washed or dry cleaned right away should be packed into refuse sacks and left there for at least two weeks.

All soft toys should be tied up in refuse sacks for two weeks at least.

Carpets and mattresses should be vacuumed.

Air should be allowed to circulate around rooms

Dust should be removed from all area's by damp dusting, this includes window sills and window Blinds.

Around beds should be damp dusted with Tea tree oil in the water.

Vacuum bags should be emptied after use.

Pillows and Duvets should be tied up in plastic bags after they have been washed or dry cleaned and left there for two weeks. Use old ones in the meantime.

Once all the dirty work is out of the way then begin treatment. Start by taking one neem capsule and see how you feel on that after a few hours. Be sure to read the cautions on taking Neem leaf internally.

Once you feel OK take two capsules three times a day for three weeks and then stop for a week.

Long term use of Neem internally is not advised. Also those looking to become pregnant or already pregnant should avoid taking Neem internally. Neem oil is not recommended for internal use. Neem is not advised for children under the age of twelve and over that age dosages should be according to age.

Make sure towels that have not been used since they were last washed are used in the bathroom and everyone should have their own towels which should be washed after each use.

Shower using the Neem Shampoo on the hair and body. Rinse.

Once the body and hair are dry apply the Neem lotion all over including the face and scalp making sure to get into every crease and crevice. Allow to soak into the skin and if you can wear a shower cap on your head over night. Wear old clothes in bed.

Apply Neem lotion sparingly to the body as often as you can during the day but especially on the hands after they are washed.

Follow this program for ten days or longer if necessary.

Neem leaf capsules can be split and the powder used to sprinkle around the beds and in the bags where the clothes are kept for two weeks. One can also add the neem powder to a bath and soak in it for about 20 minutes.
