| HENSCHKE The world continues to marvel at Henchke's outstanding reds and whites, produced in the Adelaide Hills at the historic cellars at Keyneton. This area is renowned for it's magnificant reds and is making a powerful impact with Riesling. Lenswood is at the southern end of the Adelaide Hills. Traditionally an apple growing region it is very beautiful and, enjoying a higher altitude, it is cooler and greener than Keyneton. Their order-book overflows as awards continue to arrive at a rate that make other growers green with with envy. Hill of Grace, Mount Edelstone and Cyril Henschke are the wines for which the world clamours. Sales by allocation have long been necessary for these wonderful wines. | ||

| HOLLICK, COONWARRA | ||
| HOLLICK Hollick Wines is a small family run winery in Coonawarra. Since 1975 plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc have taken place on what was once a dairy farm on the southern end of the Coonawarra district. Production from this vineyard was sold to other winemakers until 1983 when Ian and Wendy Hollick decided to produce their own label. Demand was such that a nearby vineyard was purchased to supplement existing production and the quality of Hollick wines is evidenced by the many medals and awards won by this small company. | ||
