Chief Executive Officer
Jamie Conlon is a Graduate
of U.C.D. While working as a professional Manager with various companies he
gained valuable accounting and financial management experience. In 1990 he teamed
up with John Coughlan to form Masterchefs. Jamie is a graduate of the Marketing
Institute and a Member of the Irish Hotel and Catering Institute. Jamie is a
Director and Shareholder of Masterchefs.
John Coughlan, F.W.M.C., MIHCI
Group Operations Director
Following qualification as
a Chef in Cathal Brugha Street, John worked in some of the leading hotels in
Ireland and the UK. Having worked as a professional in the industry, John gained
the highest recognition of his profession, MASTERCHEF. John has won gold medals
for his dishes at the Culinary Olympics. He has also Captained successful Irish
Teams at International competition. John is a Director and Shareholder of Masterchefs.

Paul Carey, FIHCI, MMII Group Marketing Director
Paul Carey is a Graduate
of Shannon College of Hotel Management. In 1980 he won a Scholarship to study
at Cornell University in New York that included management experience in a US
Hotel for 1 year. In 1989 following various management positions in UK and Ireland
with different hotels and catering companies, Paul formed Apricot Limited which
merged with Masterchefs in May 1996. Paul is a member of the Marketing Institute
and a Fellow of the Irish Hotel & Catering Institute. Paul is a Director
and Shareholder of Masterchefs.

Myles Tuthill, F.W.M.C.
Group Purchasing Director
Myles is also a Professional
Masterchef and a successful competitor in national and international culinary
competitions. Before joining Masterchefs, Myles successfully ran his own business
operating food franchises at various hotel and restaurant outlets. Myles applies
his expertise in buying the best available Irish produce at the best possible
prices. Myles is a Director and Shareholder of Masterchefs.

Peter O'Brien
Director - Public Catering
Peter O'Brien owned
and managed his own Company for 22 years (Peter O'Brien Catering Ltd) principally
based in the Racecourse Catering Sector. Following the business merger with
Masterchefs in March 1999. Peter will have directorial responsibility for Public
Catering.

Emer Fennell, M.A. in Human Resource Management
Group Personnel Director
Emer completed her Bachelor
of Arts degree in University College Galway. After three years of valuable management
experience, Emer attained a master's degree in Human Resource Management from
University College Cork. She joined Masterchefs in 1994 as Personnel Manager
to develop the personnel function within a rapidly expanding group of Companies.
In 1997, Emer was appointed a Director of Masterchefs.
