Padraic O'Kane General Manager
A graduate of Northern Ireland
Hotel & Catering College, Padraic has vast experience within the Catering
& Hospitality Industry having worked extensively within the Forte Group
of Hotels throughout the UK. Before joining Masterchefs Padraic completed two
consultancy contracts, setting up the Inishclare Complex in Co. Fermanagh and
the catering onboard the New Enterprise Cross Border Train Service.
Guy Thompson BA (Hons)
General Manager - Food and Beverage Services
A Graduate from Birmingham
College of Food, Guy has extensive experience within the Hotel and Catering
Industry. He has worked in a number of 4 and 5 Star Hotels in the UK and has
a vast knowledge of the Industry. Before joining Masterchefs he spent 2 years
With Principal Hotels, the UK's most progressive Hotel Chain. Guy currently
heads up Masterchefs Food and Beverage Services which incorporates The Central
Hotel, The National Museum and The Mansion House.

Emily O'Brien
Deputy General Manager
A graduate of Trinity
College and the Dublin College of Catering, Cathal Brugha Street. Emily has
extensive experience within the contract catering and hospitality industry both
here and in the UK, having spent three years at the head office of Compass Group
in London, working with the Roux Brothers, Leiths and Letherby and Christopher
amongst others. Emily has a diverse wealth of knowledge in all aspects of event
catering.

Michael Fitzpatrick
Group Financial Controller
A graduate of Dublin Business School Michael qualified as an Accountant after
gaining several years' experience in Audit and Taxation. Michael brings a depth
of experience gained as Group Financial Controller with the Licensed Premises,
Hotel, Property Development and Entertainment Industry.

Brian Fahy
General Manager of The Atlantic Coast Hotel, Westport.
A Graduate in Hotel & Catering Management from GMIT, Galway 1990. Brian
has worked in various positions with Copthorne, Jurys and Great Southern Hotels.
His most recent post before joining Masterchefs was the opening of the Great
Southern Hotel at Dublin Airport. He has also worked in Geneva and London prior
to returning to Ireland in 1993.

Helena Byrne
Sales Co-Ordinator
Helena is an experienced
Sales Co-Ordinator with extensive product knowledge of our business. Helena
provides an important link in converting our prospective enquires. Helena has
been with the company since 1996.

Aine McCarthy
Training Manager
Aine has a depth
of experience in the Hotel & Catering business. She joined our Company in
1992. Aine has recently completed a Trainer in Industry PrograMMe in CERT and
she is responsible for the co-ordination of all training both In House and Externally
for the Company.

John McGuirk
Operation Bars Manager
John has worked with
our company for 7 years, he is responsible for the set up and operating of our
bars at all events and functions.
Noel Power
Bar Control Manager
Noel has worked with
our company for 6 years, he is responsible for the controlling of our bars at
all events and functions.
Jack Duffy
Executive Head Chef
Multi award winning chef Jack Duffy brings a extensive knowledge and vast experience
to our ever expanding team. Trained originally in Cathal Brugha Street Catering
College, Dublin and going on to achieve the highest level of Chef qualifications.
He has worked extensively in Europe ultimately in Michelin rated "Het Kersen
Tuin" Restaurant in Amsterdam, before returning to his native Dublin and
numerous Head Chef positions before joining the Masterchefs team.
