Our Book Fair came to the school every February. This year we changed to March and the Book Fair took place between March 5th and 12th. This tied in with World Book Day and we were able to use the tokens which we received for World Book Day.

The Book Fair had books for all ages. The school was very excited when the Book Fair came. Our school secretary Martina ran the Book Fair. We held the Book Fair in the old convent building this year and so had plenty of room.

From the proceeds of it the school get 60% of what it spends back in books for its’ library.  We spent €2300 and therefore we got €1380 worth of books back for our class libraries. This was our most successful Book Fair to date, and each class got on average 23 books for the class libraries.
