ICA Garden
The I. C. A. garden was planted in 1970 it is still here today. There is an I. C. A. council in Portlaw, which has been here for years. There are 13 members in the I.C.A council. The garden is situated between the old technical school and the dispensary. The garden is stocked and maintained by the members. It was said that the garden was built on a graveyard.
