END STREET VIOLENCE

'That this Council support the public request and calls on the Minister for Justice and Law Reform to end street violence now"

An Chomhairle approved the following motion:

'That this Council seek to persuade the Gardai to establish a one-shop stop presence in Patrick Street, on a 5217/24 basis ensuring direct Citizen access quick response within the Central Business District, night life control, all contributing to re-establishing the feeling of safety and enjoyment so long cherished by Corkonians and others in their beloved PANA'.
