We advise students to take part in at least one activity outside
the classroom be it Cultural, Educational, Sporting or Social, Fundraising
for Charities or College Funds, Visiting Hospital Patients. The
College Debating Teams have enjoyed great success over the years.
Many prizes have been won in the ESAT Young Scientists' Exhibition.
Students are encouraged to participate in Gaisce - The Presidents'
Award Scheme.
The value of games, both competitive and recreational, is not
overlooked. The College takes part in the Leinster and All Ireland
Competitions in Gaelic, Football, Soccer and Camogie. Handball,
Table Tennis, Volleyball and Badminton are also enjoyed by the students.
If a sufficient number of students wish a certain activity to be
activated in school, we will do our best to accommodate them.
