Emotional Awareness!
Emotional Awareness is the practice of Mind Cultivation.
It is for
all People wanting to gain an understanding and use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior,
and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goal's.
Key objectives: To help gain an understanding of
the importance and value of looking after our
Emotional health, and to use relevant coping
skills to limit the impact of any challenges or
concerns.
Mind Cultivation.
A cultivated mind is a disciplined mind. It doesn't react to what is happening around it but responds in the right manner at the right time. It is cultivated enough to recognize various feelings and emotions oozing from within and notices the flow of thinking dictated by them but does not react impulsively on it. It is a mind which is aware of the consequences of its actions and would refrain from all acts that create ill-will and harm the self or others. It is a mind that knows itself fairly well and tries to operate within its capacity. In nutshell, a cultivated mind is a discerning mind that operates from insight of practical reality.
Anxiety.
Anxiety is an unwanted sub-emotion of fear. Most everyone a some stage within there lives will experience some effects of anxiety. It may be going for a job interview, being the center of attention at your party or wedding or even going on a journey that may cause you to experience some symptoms of anxiety. It could be a disagreement you may have had with someone and after some mind cultivation you realise your own faults and now regret turned into anxiety. Anxiety within your mind is screaming out to be heard.
