This tiny moth is quite common around here at the moment. It's about 1 cm. long at most, and this one is sitting on a Snowberry leaf.
I think this is the False Oat Grass. The close-up looked very interesting.
And here's another view of the Plume Moth from yesterday. Those wings don't look like they could support anything in flight.
