Lived a couple of doors from David Stone of Dix, Schuyler co., NY in1855.
In 1860, he lived a couple of doors from David Stone (his father), butthey were in Southport, Chemung co., NY. It's possible they stayedput, but the township boundaries & name changed.
[1675] One census entry (1855) said he was born in Chemung co., NY. Twoothers (1850 & 1860) said Connecticut.
